Nice service, very tasty and fast!

Anyone expecting a real restaurant is completely wrong there. - Service / kitchen are not specialists! Simple steps that everyone learns in training are not followed. - Food that has been praised so highly in the reviews was unfortunately not at all authentic and tasted very neutral. - The corona protection is also very poor. Tables are way too narrow and there is no splash guard on the counter. - The card was totally dirty and broken. Pictures in the menu of the food have nothing to do with the food you get. - Side dishes for the main courses are served with the starter. Main course was completely wrong. (It didn't really matter to the waiter) You can do Jung / Urban! But then you have to be able to do it. We haven't had such bad service and food for a long time.

Nice little shop, fresh delicious food at prices that are okay, the portions could be a bit bigger but it works perfectly.

If you don't know what and where you want to eat or what you want to take with you, I recommend the SHIN HWA !!! You can place your order there by phone and then pick it up, it's worth it!

This small, inconspicuous place is certainly no longer an insider tip. This niche of good taste is located at the bottom of Schuhstrasse! A menu filled with vegan, vegetarian and all kinds of other flavors, a generous range of drinks and desserts. An inexpensive "refill service" is also offered, which invites you to linger. I recommend making a reservation as there are only a few seats due to the size of the restaurant!

Almost died of an allergic reaction, because the vegan food (despite previous question and assurance) were prepared with egg or came into contact with it. Would not go back.

This restaurant is to my knowledge the best Vietnamese restaurant in Hildesheim. Incidentally, it's probably the only one that really offers Vietnamese food. The food is really great and is always fresh. Definitely a recommendation to go there. The one star deduction is therefore that sometimes you feel a bit forgotten by the wait staff, when it is full. It's not about that it still has to go super fast. That this is not possible is clear. Sometimes we just had the feeling to have been forgotten. In addition, you can unfortunately only pay cash (not with a card or Paypal, etc.). I like that a bit out of time.

Super delicious Vietnamese food ? special: every dish comes with meat, vegetarian or even vegan! The selection of dishes is very good and the quality and taste are excellent! ?? we were certainly not there for the last time, a real recommendation!

Something else! The first impression was good. Small but nice. Somewhat hidden on the Schuhstrasse in Hildesheim, it is still quite central. The shop and the ambience: The shop is not very big, but it can accommodate enough guests. The ambience is neat and modern. A lot of wood, very cozy and inviting. The chairs and tables are quite tight, but it's fine. However, it is not suitable for the disabled and, unfortunately, it will not work with prams either. The food: Just looking at the map bodes well. Lots of delicious things, always in a vegetarian and vegan version. The drinks are also without cow's milk, but with soy milk. Anyone with intolerance to lactose is in good hands here. The food always seems to be freshly prepared. I had the soup of the day (changing) Hanoi lucky rolls and chicken satay. The soup was very good (a lot of pak choi in it), the chicken satay with peanut was very good, only the luck rolls I would have wished for larger and more lovingly arranged (see photo). The sauce was unfortunately clearly recognizable from the bottle. Otherwise it was very good. The only thing to complain about was. The drinks are exceptional and in my opinion very well done. The somewhat different and exotic appeals to me here! The other guests: I noticed that the guests were on average 16-30 years old. Lots of students, high school students and younger ones. The something “different” is very much appreciated here and is one of the hot spots for students. The prices: Inexpensive to normal. And perfectly fine. Only with the large egg noodle soup for € 7.90 was the ratio of noodles to vegetables too little vegetables. But great taste. (The soup my opponent had chosen). The conclusion: I like to go back. Ambience, prices and the delicious and exotic food are right. The drinks and the selection as well. 4.5 out of 5 stars by me.

Delicious, authentic food, very cozy atmosphere and nice beverage and drunk selection. I recommend booking in advance if you want to be sure that you will get a table.

I'd like to strike an appropriate balance to the 1-star rating by Jane Samstag. As an asian, I can tell that shin hwa is one of the best asian restaurant out there. My girlfriend lives in Hildesheim and as for me, I'm based in Bremen but every 2 weeks we head to shin hwa for delish asian food. Truly, it is not getting worse at all, it is more one of the best, fresh and healthy food you can get nowadays. Care about two long hair, saying it's more worse right now and rated it with 1 Star shows you're likely don't know anything. I used to look into their Kitchen and all of their staff are wearing toque and if it happened to be a hair in the food they served, it can be forgiven since it is just human. After all, shin hwa is serving amazing asian food and you should appreciate their work. Appreciation is what most people ought to set their mindset to before rating publicly. As for myself, I love this cozy little restaurant and the outstanding food they served. The staff is beyond normal and the design is just perfection. Hey shin hwa, if they don't want you in Hildesheim anymore, give Bremen a try. We would love to have you here in Bremen. Keep serving us such superb asian food!

It is getting worse and worse. Found twice long hair in the food. Nothing is clean anymore. What a pity.
